THE CHANNEL SUMMIT: don't miss it!
9am - 10am  |  23 October 2012
The keynote conference at TechTrade 2012 (free to attend, strictly trade-only) will outline the roadmap for developing profitable channel partnerships in a challenging economy.

In an hour of focused presentations and strategic information, we'll ask:
  • Will the number of players in the channel increase or decrease in the next three years?
  • Fundamentally, is the channel model changing?
  • Could the franchise model apply as an alternative to mergers and acquisitions?
  • With the growing appetite for partnerships (see our Survey), could a vital opportunity be waiting for you?
The keynote  from leading business analyst Anthony Miller, followed by presentations from three prominent tech channel CEO's, will define today’s IT services landscape. There will be an opportunity for Q&A, hosted by Dr Tom McCarthy, former CEO of the IMI.

The speakers will outline their top five key reasons for success. What were the building blocks for success in their company? What partnerships are vital to grow the company and provide comfort to an ever more sophisticated customer?

Have they outsourced any key services to specialist third parties -- e.g. sales lead generation or finance? Do they recommend a distributor or vendor for back-office resources? Is the escrow principle a more transparent arrangement for managing credit risk?

What about people philosophy and business culture? Can home working and new work practices deliver measurable results? Are they investing in their talent and what have been the most rewarding up-skilling and affiliation programmes?

Attendance is free but places are limited and advance booking is essential. Register now and kick off your visit to TechTrade with a morning of solid business insight.
